The 14-digit number is located directly on your Relais & Châteaux gift. It is a series of digits starting with 523.
If the scratch-off area on your gift certificate shows only one digit, for example “5”, this corresponds to the number “05”.
For an electronic gift, the 14-digit number is indicated in the box labeled PERSONAL CODE + VALIDATION KEY.
