Relais & Châteaux gift certificates are accepted in all our properties worldwide and serve as a convenient method of payment.
You can use them to pay for any type of service: accommodation, fine dining, activities, and more.
Gift certificates are available in denominations of €50, €100, or €200, and can be issued in Euros, Swiss francs, US dollars, or British pounds. The minimum purchase amount is €100.
Please note: Regardless of the chosen currency, the total amount of your purchase will be displayed and charged in euros only.
Our gift certificates are automatically activated 48 hours after the purchase date and are valid for 2 years from that same date. They are non-nominative.
To book using your Relais & Châteaux gift certificates, you have two options:
- Direct booking with the property by phone or email.
- Booking via our call center: +33 1 76 49 39 39.
Important: Non-refundable rates require prepayment by credit card at the time of booking on our website. These rates are therefore not compatible with the use of gift certificates.
Tourist tax and parking fees are not included in Relais & Châteaux gift stays and must be paid by the guest.
Your reservation can be made in the currency of your choice. The property will apply the exchange rate in effect on the day of booking to the total amount received in gift certificates.
