I have one or more Relais & Châteaux gift certificates
Please note that you have the option to extend the validity of your Relais & Châteaux gift certificates by an additional 12 months, provided that:
- Your certificates are still valid, and
- They have not already been extended once through a paid extension.
To benefit from this extension, we invite you to wait until the beginning of the month in which your gift certificate expires, then click on the link below to complete the process independently:

Extension fees apply:
- €6 per €50 certificate
- €12 per €100 certificate
- €24 per €200 certificate
You will not receive new gift certificates. We therefore recommend that you carefully keep the ones you currently have.
If you have multiple gift certificates, you must repeat the process for each certificate number (e.g., 523XXXXXXXXXXX) to ensure all extensions are properly processed.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the new validity date of your certificates. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for our systems to be updated.
I have a Relais & Châteaux gift box
You have two options:
- Paid exchange of your gift box for e-certificates valid for 1 year, with a €50 fee.
- Free exchange for e-certificates valid until the original expiration date of your gift box.
