The Relais & Châteaux Guest Number allows you to be identified and recognised in each of the properties in which you will be staying. You will thus be able to benefit from a more personalised welcome, since your host Maison will have been informed, before the beginning of your stay, of the personal information and stay preferences provided on your personal online account.
In order to better prepare for your arrival, it is important you provide your Guest Number at the time of booking and upon your arrival in the property.
My stay or restaurant booking does not appear on my personal online account, why is this, and what can I do?
Depending on your booking method, there may be several reasons why your booking does not appear on your online account in the section My Bookings and Orders.
If you have made your booking via the means listed below, you should find it on your account; however, the time taken for it to appear can vary between 24 hours and several days:
From July 2019:
- on the website relaischateaux.com when logged into your personal online account: your booking will be displayed within 24 hours after your booking is confirmed. Beyond this timeframe, please contact guestrelation@relaischateaux.com.
From September 2019:
- by telephone via the Relais & Châteaux Concierge service or on the website relaischateaux.com when logged into your personal online account: your booking will be displayed within 24 hours after your booking is confirmed. Beyond this timeframe, please contact guestrelation@relaischateaux.com.
- the Relais & Châteaux property directly by telephone or on its website, provided that you have indicated your Guest Number: the timeframe may vary from one property to another. Please contact the property to inform them that your booking does not appear on your Relais & Châteaux online account, asking them to rectify this.
- physical travel agencies, provided you have clearly indicated your Guest Number: please contact your travel agency to inform them that your booking does not appear on your Relais & Châteaux online account, asking them to rectify this with the host property.
Unless you used the booking methods mentioned above, your bookings will not appear on your Relais & Châteaux online account, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Membership in the Relais & Châteaux Guest Recognition Programme, which you can find by clicking here.
