Orders paid by credit card:
The refund will be made to the card used for the order within one month.
Orders paid by check, bank transfer, or via Pot Commun:
Please include a bank account details (RIB) with your letter. The refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of one month.
Note: In the case of withdrawal via Pot Commun, the refund period may extend over several weeks.

Only the purchaser may request the withdrawal and receive the refund of the amount paid.
In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, payments made by ANCV holiday vouchers or KADEOS gift cards are not eligible for withdrawal or refund.
